Moneybird & Twinfield Outstanding Items Support

Monitr now imports outstanding items — open invoices and payables — from both Moneybird and Twinfield, bringing AP/AR aging visibility to users of these integrations.

What Are Outstanding Items?​

Outstanding items are your open accounts receivable (invoices not yet paid by customers) and accounts payable (invoices you haven't yet paid to suppliers). Tracking them helps you understand cash exposure and manage working capital.

What's New​

Users with Moneybird or Twinfield integrations can now:

  • View aging buckets for outstanding receivables and payables (0–30 days, 31–60 days, 60–90 days, 90+ days)
  • Use the Outstanding Items dashboard to monitor overdue items at a glance
  • Include outstanding items data in forecasting scenarios via the Outstanding Items module (Premium)

How It Works​

Outstanding items are imported automatically as part of your regular nightly sync. No additional configuration is required — if you already have a Moneybird or Twinfield integration connected, the data will appear in the Outstanding Items dashboard after the next import.

To import immediately, go to Integrations and trigger a manual sync for your connection.

Availability​

Available to all Monitr users (Lite and Premium) with active Moneybird or Twinfield integrations. The Outstanding Items forecasting module is a Premium feature.
