Penny Can Now See Your Data — and Your Conversations Are Built to Last
Penny, your in-app assistant, just got a major upgrade: on Premium plans, it can now read your actual financial data to answer specific questions — and every conversation you have with it sticks around, can be organised, and can be shared with your team.
Key Capabilities
- Real data answers (Premium): Ask Penny about your reports, budgets, transactions, scenarios, or account mappings, and it reads the real numbers to answer — drawing charts and building tables along the way, not just pointing you to documentation.
- Knows what you're looking at: Penny is aware of your current screen, so you can ask things like "what am I looking at?" without first explaining the context.
- Conversations are saved automatically: Every chat is kept, searchable by keyword, and filterable by organisation or entity.
- Pin, rename, and branch: Pin the conversations you return to often, rename them for easier tracking, and branch off from any point in a discussion to explore a different follow-up without losing the original thread.
- Edit and regenerate: Fix a question you typed wrong, or ask Penny to try again — without starting a new conversation.
- Share with your team: Share a conversation with teammates in your organisation. They see it read-only, and you can send them updates or revoke access at any time.
Why This Matters
A chatbot that only knows how your software works is only half as useful as one that knows your numbers too. And a good answer is worth keeping — your conversations with Penny are now saved, organised, and easy to hand to a teammate instead of repeating the question yourself.
