Meet Polly: Instant Answers to Your Monitr Questions, Right in the App

We've launched Ask Monitr — a new AI-powered panel built directly into the sidebar that connects you to Polly, our CS assistant, without ever leaving your workflow.

Whether you're unsure how a feature works, want to understand a specific setting, or need to raise a support request, Ask Monitr is the fastest way to get help.

Key Capabilities

  • Chat with Polly: Ask any question about how to use Monitr and get an instant answer from our CS assistant — no need to search the docs or wait for a reply.
  • Submit support tickets: If your question needs hands-on help from the team, open the New Ticket tab to submit a request with a subject, description, tags, urgency level, and file attachments.
  • Track your tickets: The My Tickets tab shows all your open and closed requests. A red badge on the Ask Monitr icon tells you when there are new replies waiting for you.
  • Conversation history: Your recent chats are saved automatically so you can pick up where you left off or revisit a previous answer.

Getting stuck mid-workflow costs time. Ask Monitr keeps you moving by putting answers one click away — no tab-switching, no waiting. And when something does need a human touch, raising a ticket from the same panel means the support team already has the context they need.
