We've just launched a brand-new In-App Support Center designed to make getting help faster, easier, and more seamless than ever before.

What's New?​

No more switching between tabs or hunting for the right email address. With the new support center, you can now:

  • Browse help articles directly inside Monitr without leaving your workflow
  • Submit a support ticket in just a few clicks, right from where you're working
  • Track your open tickets and view responses — all in one place

How to Access It​

Look for the Help button in the sidebar. Click it to open the support center panel, where you'll find the search bar, article library, and ticket submission form.

Why We Built This​

We heard your feedback: finding the right help at the right time was taking too long. This update brings support directly into your workspace so you can spend less time searching and more time doing.
