Your Cash Position, Live on the Dashboard

Your Key Metrics dashboard now displays your current cash balance as a dedicated KPI card.

What's New​

The cash balance card shows:

  • Current balance — the total balance across your linked bank/cash accounts as of the most recent import
  • Movement vs. prior period — how the balance has changed compared to the previous month
  • Drill-down — click the card to see the underlying transactions in your report

Why It Matters​

Cash position is one of the most frequently checked metrics for any business. Having it visible at a glance on the main dashboard — without navigating into reports — saves time and gives you an immediate health check every time you open Monitr.

Availability​

This feature is available to all Monitr users (Lite and Premium). The cash balance card is added to the Key Metrics dashboard automatically — no configuration needed.

The balance reflects data from your last successful import. To update it, trigger a manual import from the Integrations page or wait for the next nightly sync.
