Fixed Assets, Now Fully Supported for Moneybird

Monitr now imports fixed assets data from Moneybird, unlocking the Fixed Assets dashboard and forecasting module for Moneybird users.

What's New​

If your organisation uses Moneybird for bookkeeping, Monitr will now automatically import your fixed assets — including:

  • Asset categories — the classification of each fixed asset as defined in Moneybird
  • Individual asset items — name, acquisition value, and depreciation details
  • Depreciation schedules — used to populate the Fixed Assets dashboard and forecasting module

What You Can Do With It​

Once your fixed assets are imported:

  • View your Fixed Assets dashboard for a real-time overview of your asset portfolio and depreciation
  • Use the Fixed Assets forecasting module (Premium) to project future depreciation and net book values in your scenarios

How It Works​

No additional setup is required. If you already have a Moneybird integration connected in Monitr, fixed assets will be included in your next nightly import automatically.

To import immediately, go to Integrations and trigger a manual sync for your Moneybird connection.

Availability​

Available to all Monitr users with an active Moneybird integration. The Fixed Assets dashboard is available on both Lite and Premium. The Fixed Assets forecasting module is a Premium feature.
