Minox

Minox is a Dutch cloud accounting software designed for small and medium-sized businesses. Monitr connects via OAuth and imports general ledger transactions, accounts, analytical axes, and outstanding items.

Connecting Minox

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. Select the Accounting Software tab.
  3. Find the Minox card and click Add.
  4. Click Authenticate with Minox and log in with your Minox credentials.
  5. Review and authorize the connection when prompted by Minox.
  6. Select the Minox tenant you want to connect to Monitr from the dropdown.
  7. Click Save.

Managing the integration

Once connected, the integration card shows the connected tenant. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the integration card title area.

Click the Settings (gear) icon to remove the connection or delete the entire integration from Monitr.

Notes

  • The Minox integration uses a tenant model. Each tenant represents a separate administration or workspace. Select the correct tenant during setup.
  • You must have access to at least one tenant in your Minox account to complete the connection.
  • Subsequent imports are incremental — only new and changed transactions since the last successful import will be fetched.
  • Ensure the user account connecting Minox has the necessary permissions in Minox to access administration data.
