NMBRS
NMBRS is a Dutch HR and payroll platform. The NMBRS integration imports employee data into the Personnel Costs budget module, enabling headcount-based cost forecasting with real payroll data.
What Monitr imports from NMBRS
| Data | Used for |
|---|---|
| Employee list | Personnel Costs module baseline |
| Department / team assignment | Cost breakdown by function |
| Employment type and start/end dates | Headcount calculation |
| Gross salary | Cost forecasting |
| Employer contribution | Total employment cost |
Connecting NMBRS
- Go to Integrations.
- Select the Personnel Costs tab.
- Find the NMBRS card and click Add.
- Click Authenticate with NMBRS and log in with your NMBRS account.
- Select the company for which you want to import personnel costs.
How it works in Personnel Costs
Once connected:
- Open the Personnel Costs budget module in your Forecast.
- Click Import from NMBRS.
- Monitr fetches the current employee roster.
- Each employee appears as a row with their salary and department.
- You can add planned hires on top of the imported data.
The module recalculates monthly personnel cost projections automatically.
Managing the integration
Once connected, the integration card shows the status. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the integration card title area.
Click the Settings (gear) icon to remove the connection or delete the integration from Monitr.
Data synchronisation
NMBRS data is fetched on demand when you import employees into the Personnel Costs module. The initial import captures your current roster; you can re-import at any time to pick up new hires, terminations, or salary changes.
Notes
- NMBRS data feeds the Personnel Costs module with actual headcount and salary cost data alongside the budget.
- Monitr imports read-only from NMBRS — no payroll changes are written back.
- The OAuth connection grants Monitr access to employee and company data from NMBRS, but no data is written to NMBRS.
