Viewing Booking Details

The Booking panel is divided into two tabs:

  • Transactions: This tab displays a list of all individual transactions associated with the booking. For each transaction, you can see:

    • Period: The date period of the transaction.
    • Amount: The financial amount of the transaction.
    • Account: The account code.
    • Account Description: The name of the account.
    • Analytical Axis: The analytical axis code.

    • Relationship: The name of the related party (only shown when the booking includes a related party).
  • Attachments (N): This tab displays any documents or files attached to the booking in your accounting software. The tab label shows the number of attachments, for example Attachments (3). If multiple attachments exist, you can navigate between them using the tabs at the top of this section. If no attachments are available or there's an issue retrieving them, a message will indicate this.

  • Journal: The journal code and description where the booking was made.
