Connecting HubSpot

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Select the CRM tab.
  3. Find the HubSpot card and click Add.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. You will be redirected to HubSpot's OAuth page. Select your HubSpot portal and authorize Monitr.

CRM Revenue module

Once connected, the CRM Revenue budget module appears in your Forecasts. It pulls deal data from HubSpot and calculates:

  • Expected revenue by close month — based on deal close dates
  • Probability-weighted revenue — expected value × stage probability
  • Pipeline coverage — how much pipeline you need to hit your revenue target

Deals closed as Won contribute to actuals-equivalent revenue. Deals in open stages contribute to the probabilistic forecast.

Managing the integration

Once connected, the integration card shows the status. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the integration card title area.

Click the Settings (gear) icon to remove the connection or delete the integration from Monitr.

Keeping data fresh

The HubSpot integration syncs nightly. For real-time pipeline visibility, trigger a manual import from the Integrations page by clicking the Refresh (circular arrow) icon on the integration card.

Notes

  • Monitr reads read-only access to HubSpot deals — it does not create or modify CRM records.
  • The integration uses deal close date for period attribution. If your HubSpot pipelines use expected close dates that are often pushed, your CRM revenue forecast will overestimate near-term revenue.
