We've introduced a new Account – Analytical Axis Details modal in the Reporting Builder, giving you a comprehensive view of how your general ledger accounts and analytical axes are used across your Monitr setup.

Key Capabilities​

  • View Transactions: See all general ledger transactions associated with a specific account and analytical axis combination.
  • Linked Budget Accounts: Identify which budget accounts are linked to the combination, along with their budget type.
  • Other Reporting Structures: Discover if the combination is mapped in other Reporting Structures within your entity.
  • Safe Deletion Indicator: Quickly determine if a combination is safe to delete by checking if it's used by any transactions or budget accounts.
  • Direct Deletion: Delete unused account and analytical axis combinations directly from the modal.
