Create Your Account

Registration​

Go to app.monitr.be and click Create account to go to the sign-up page. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and password.

After filling in your details:

  1. Confirm you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy by checking the agreement box
  2. Click Sign up

Alternatively, you can click Register with Microsoft to sign up using your Microsoft account.

If you received an invitation link from an existing organisation team, opening the link directly pre-fills your registration with your invitation details.

If you have already verified your email address on another device or session, you can click Log in under the Already verified on another device? prompt to clear your current session and sign in with your verified credentials.

Confirming Your Email​

Once you sign up, Monitr displays the Confirm your email address screen and sends a 6-digit verification code to your email address:

  1. Enter the 6-digit verification code in the verification code input field (placeholder 123456)
  2. The system verifies the code automatically once all 6 digits are entered

If you did not receive the code, check for the Didn't arrive? section and click Resend code (or wait for the countdown timer if resending is temporarily restricted). You can also click Change email address if you need to correct a typo. If an incorrect code is entered, Monitr displays an error message stating that the code is incorrect or has expired.

Mobile Registration Flow​

If you register using a mobile device, Monitr displays the Ready on your phone screen after email confirmation. Because setting up bookkeeping connections and financial reporting is optimized for a computer, you can continue later on your desktop by going to app.monitr.be and signing in with your newly created credentials. Your progress is saved automatically.

What happens next?​

Once your email is confirmed, you will be guided through setting up your organisation and connecting your bookkeeping software.
