Create Your Account

Registration​

Go to app.monitr.be and click Create account to go to the sign-up page. Fill in your first name, last name, work email address, company name, and mobile number.

After filling in your details:

  1. Confirm you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
  2. Click Sign up
  3. Check your email for a verification link
  4. Click the link in the email to set your password

Alternatively, you can click Register with Microsoft to sign up using your Microsoft account.

Setting a password​

Once you click your verification link, you'll be asked to set a password. Passwords must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • A mix of letters and numbers is recommended
  • Avoid reusing passwords from other services

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)​

After setting your password, you'll be offered the option to set up MFA. This is highly recommended for security.

Monitr uses TOTP-based MFA (Time-based One-Time Password). To set it up:

  1. Download an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator)
  2. Scan the QR code shown on the setup screen
  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup

Once MFA is active, you'll be asked for a code on every login.

Skipping MFA

You can skip MFA setup during registration and enable it later from Profile → Account (under MFA settings). However, we recommend setting it up immediately.

What happens next?​

Once your registration is complete, you're logged in and ready to begin the onboarding process. Monitr will guide you through setting up your organisation and connecting your accounting software.
